DaSCR - score and more provides a darts score tracking app, as well as software to build your own soft darts machine.

DaSCR-Board will keep track of your game. It is enhanced with a REST API.

Feel free to use it with DaSCR-Machine or your own recognition service. Or just use it as score tracking app as usual.
